I've had my nails done here many times, and it's a hit or miss. I've had beautiful, shiny, long lasting manicures and ones that chipped within days (I get CND shellac). I like how clean and welcoming the spa is but employees can be rushed, inattentive. I'll most likely be back simply because I live nearby.

Very disappointing experience!!! After paying for my manicure and pedicure (including a $20 additional fee for doing both services at the same time), I was informed at checkout that a $30 tip or 20% was expected. This was not clearly communicated in advance and was only displayed at the reception desk after the service. I did leave a tip, but it appeared to be considered insufficient, which made the situation uncomfortable. No water or tea was offered during the visit. I believe gratuity expectations and staff compensation should be handled transparently by the business and not presented to clients after the service! Never comeback again and I don't recommend to anyone!
