I cannot recommend Dr. Phillip Torina highly enough. From my very first appointment, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain my condition, hidradenitis suppurativa, along with all of the available treatment options. His knowledge, patience, and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. When it came time to discuss surgery, Dr. Torina carefully explained every aspect of the procedure, what to expect during recovery, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and always felt like an active participant in my care. One of the things that stood out most was how responsive and attentive he and his team were throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly, and the follow-up care was exceptional. Dr Torina is an amazing, caring, compassionate and skilled plastic surgeon. I entrusted him with my care and reconstruction after a double mastectomy and it was the best decision I ever made. From consultation through procedure and post operative care, he would be in constant communication with me to see how healing was progressing and addressed any concerns that came up. No question was unimportant for him to respond to and he always made himself available for questions and concerns. I appreciate him and his office team.
