I had went to Dr. Orbuch the first time to treat flaking and inflammation on my scalp. Was told it's dandruff, was prescribed shampoo and another topical to put onto my scalp. No problem. It wasn't working well, so I made another appointment and told Dr Orbuch the treatment isn't working and was in fact getting worse. He didn't even look into my scalp or take much of a look just to tell me once again "it's just dandruff, continue with the same treatment." I was in and out in barely a minute. Making me feeling defeated and uncared for. Finally got a 2nd opinion from an amazing dermatologist who took their time and looked and listened to what I was experiencing. Turned out, it was psoriasis. And not dandruff.

I had a minor surgery with Dr. Orbach. He was professional and listened to my concerns. I was especially impressed with his bedside manner and his knowledge and proficiently. The staff is wonderful. I have also seen two other doctors in this practice, and was equally pleased. My experience has been very positive.
