If you have any scalp/hair problems you shouldn't think twice you need to visit philip Kingsley this place is the best. I was having hair problems and I didn't know what to do. I was looking into this place for some time and I was hesitant to go because of the few misleading reviews about this place how the people are rude and products are bad. From the moment I stepped into the office until I left I was treated like a queen. Staff was extremely professional polite and attentive catered to all my needs and made sure I was comfortable every single step of the way. The entire process from the consultation to the treatment lasted about 3 hours. Some people may consider it pricey but it's worth every penny. The consultation was very informative she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns I didn't feel rushed. She recommended me products that were customized to my hair problems. The treatment felt amazing the scalp massage was so relaxing they even made me coffee and gave me magazines to look through while the mask was in my hair. The gentleman who was doing the treatment was thoroughly explaining the process step by step so I learned how to do it on my own at home with the products. My hair felt and looked amazing after the treatment and I was so happy with the immediate results. The consultation price includes 4 products and she recommend 3 additional products which I did purchase but I didn't feel like they were pushy to sell the products or treatment packages. The products also come with a pamphlet with instruction on how to use the products. I've been using the products for about 2 weeks now and I couldn't be happier with the way my hair feels and I see new growth. I highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed.
