I saw Dr Lebowitz for a rash, which he quickly diagnosed as jock itch. That turned out to be completely wrong -- a biopsy with a different doctor in a different clinic confirmed a different condition, which two other dermatologists identified immediately. Rather than addressing my rash, he first looked on a tiny acne on my face and commented on it. Then he turned to my hair claiming my hair was thinning and suggesting minoxidil, even though I have a full head of hair and didn't raise these concerns. I get that it has thinned with age but when I tried to steer the conversation back to my rash, he brushed it off and said he'd send both prescriptions to the pharmacy. Why am I being prescribed minoxidil when I came for a different concern altogether? I left stressed about new "issues" I hadn't noticed or frankly had and with my original problem misdiagnosed. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience, not to mention, the completely wrong diagnosis. It didn't help that scheduling was chaotic, and the wait was over 45 min despite making an appointment.

The customer service agent call me to schedule an appointment but she got mad when I tried to her to repeat back to me the same questions. I don't like her tone of voice
