Horribly dishonest prices. Unless you want to pay $100/minute, like the surprise bill I received, do not go to One Medical. Fraudulent coding (code 99203) is their norm. Ask ChatGPT. Edit: Several weeks ago I reached out to the feedback email you provided, only to have no response.

I was billed $770 for what I experienced as a brief visit (around 15 minutes) for cold-like symptoms. The visit was coded as CPT 99203 (new patient visit, typically associated with ~30 minutes). According to FAIR Health, the in-network average for this code is around $244. My insurance adjusted the bill to about $550, which still felt very high to me. I chose One Medical after seeing an article stating visits could cost up to $225 without insurance, but my experience was very different. Based on this experience, I would not return.
