A few weeks ago, I was "recruited" as I was walking past this Madison Spa, with comments about looking great for my age (84), and being told that with a few of their products...nothing surgical!....I could get rid of the "upper lip wrinkles" and have other improvements that would make me look 20 years younger, etc., etc., with a free service right away! And, of course, I got "sucked in"! I listened to several "beauty advisors" in their "showroom" who insisted that this would be "money well spent". When I heard that the fee to get started was around $11,000, I demurred, saying I'd need to talk it over with my husband. They responded, telling me they were sure, if my husband cared about me, that he wouldn't object to treatments that would make me feel good about myself...and responded similarly to any reluctance on my part. Then...after much more persuasive conversation...SUCKER THAT I WAS!....I AGREED! And I signed their contract, putting about $11,000 on my credit card. By the time I was out the door, I knew this was a major mistake. As soon as I got home, I tried to cancel the transaction...but they were unreachable. Since then, I've continued to try, via American Express and several phone calls and letters, to cancel the transaction...but with no luck at all! So a warning to all of you women over 75, strolling on Madison Avenue...don't get sucked in, as I did!

I had a perfect treatment at an amazing place in New York! The muscle therapy was absolutely professional, the whole experience was enjoyable, and the service was simply outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and professional experience.
