Called to make an appointment for my mother , a female answered the phone Saying hello ... I said is this the derm Office ....( Very unprofessional to answer the phone saying hello when it's a business) ......I asked her name and she flipped on me asking me why am I asking her name and her name isn't my business - (her names RAVINA), after screaming at me... I asked if I can talk to someone else so I can make the appointment because her phone etiquette was absolutely disgusting .... She said no you can't speak to no one else and hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to a very sweet lady at a different extension which helped me make an appointment. - I wouldn't go there because of that but I heard good things about the doctor. I was so taken back because I'm a nurse and you're the first person people talk to and it sets the tone for the visit . She shouldn't work in healthcare.. maybe in the back somewhere where she don't have to deal with people .

Just met my new favorite Dr. Ritu SAINI and i feel she is absolutely the most knowledgeable and sweetest it was an absolute pleasure meeting with her and her colleagues who are also very helpful and super nice!!!!
