Trying to schedule an appointment here is extremely frustrating. The online booking system rarely works, and calling the office is just as difficult. Even when there are only a few callers ahead in the queue, I've waited 45 minutes or longer without anyone answering the phone. This has been an ongoing issue and it honestly feels like patient concerns are not being prioritized. These offices are supposed to be the point of contact when patients have health concerns that aren't emergencies, yet it's nearly impossible to reach anyone for help. The long wait times, constant hold music, and lack of response make accessing care unnecessarily stressful.

Office staff is terrible. Had trouble getting referrals, had an issue with insurance after they said it was confirmed. After I gave them my insurance the day before and confirmed when I first came to the office, they came into the office while I was in the gown telling me my insurance was not valid. It was valid. I got someone on the phone to explain to them that my insurance was valid. Claimed there was no office manager when I asked. As of now still will not give me your referral. I feel that is an essential part of the business. I can't get the care I need unless they give the referral, they have not completed the service they bill for. I went to the office and put the specialist on speaker phone and the receptionist from Nuvance spoke over the specialist. The specialist needed some information beyond just the piece of paper the receptionist was trying to hand me. For some reason they could not comprehend that and just kept reiterating the same thing. Willfully ignorant at best, but more likely just unable to do the job.
