Nnena laMode's Beauty Rituals is one of the best places I've been to!!!!! Nnena was super chill and calming throughout my whole experience. She made me feel so welcomed and cared for! I went for a 30 minute back massage and express facial and both were phenomenal. Her hands are so petite yet so strong which was exactly what I needed since I usual prefer deep tissue massages. I'm a professional dancer so there were a lot of tense spots in my neck, shoulders and back. She listened to all my needs and used her expertise to get all the kinks out. It was amazing. Once we finished the back massage, we moved to the facial. Facial skincare has never been my strong suit, however, as Nnena went through the service she explained step by step what she was applying to my face and what it does for my skin. I felt so well informed. Even after the service she continued to educate me on products to follow up with so that my face can stay hydrated and exfoliated. Definitely going back soon to follow up with my skincare regimen and get a massage!

When I say my experience was incredible?? Simply Superb. I met Nnena several months ago at a local event where her calm, confident and empowered presence shone through effortlessly. She shared her Instagram page with me then and that was the end of our engagement for some time. Then recently, in a period of exhaustion I saw her on my feed, advertising a special she was running to give back to the community in season. I already knew that I liked her energy and took that as an invitation to experience a few of her premium services. In my eagerness, I made a few mistakes booking my services across two days without the ability to correct them. In her attentiveness, Nnena gave me a call almost immediately to walk through what I wanted on a quick phone call where we rectified everything. She even made some recommendations and switched the options around to give me the best deal. Even before walking into her space I was impressed with her customer service, and made my excitement for my visit grow. The day arrived, I visit her suite and I'm greeted with a warm welcome from her, a bonus to the space that she curated to my arrival. It is a cozy, well designed wellness sanctuary. Great musical selections enhanced the mood, the temperature was comfortable considering the cold weather outside and her massage table?? Hydraulic. This was even before she began working her magic through my treatments. She worked efficiently, held amazing conversations and walked me through every step of my wax, vajacial, facial and complimentary brow services. As my relaxation deepened I could feel myself fading away on her table. Truly a peak experience in great company. She even provided me with some delicious coconut water after the sessions to stay hydrated and some product samples to continue my new regime at home. I cannot recommend this beauty enough. I'm super excited to have her on my care team now
