I can't be happier with my decision to come to this facility to get the gastric sleeve they made the experience a lot easier and more comfortable. Dr.Bain is the absolute best, he was always able to answer my questions even if they seemed silly and was able to explain anything to where I could understand. I absolutely loved all the staff they made this already great experience 10 times better! If I couldn't get in touch with the doctor it was fine because Rosa and Jackie were always there to help with any questions I had or would not mind giving me a call back after asking the doctor! I love my result I went from 214 pre diabetic, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and low self esteem down to 134 and im feeling better than ever no diabetes problems no more high blood pressure or high cholesterol! THE BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD. My experience has been wonderful because EVERYONE in the office cares about you as a patient and fulfills their role. The doctor explains everything in detail, trying to make you understand the process and how to see everything in a positive light. THIS HAS BEEN MY RESULT AFTER 2 YEARS before my surgery (GASTRIC SLEEVE).
