Such a nice place but completely unpleased with the scheduling people. I had it, I'll have to find a different dermatologist. EVERY single time I call the first 2-3 calls they don't pick up and when they pick up the gastro people responds. Fine they transfer me but im on hold for long or it just goes to voicemail..I work in the healthcare system and i understand it gets busy.. but I also go to other specialist and they pick up the calls right away or it just doesn't feel like a hustle to get through and make appointments. Just today i called 4 times, phone called was picked up on the 4th try...to which the front desk girl was nasty and with attitude.

Scheduling fine; Reception fine; on time appointment. The best part of this office: Natella is a top-tier professional provider ! Her brilliant expertise for diagnosis and treatment is quick and expertly done with each visit. Natella is attending to my very long needed skin issues. Not being overdone when I say she is as the same caliber as a Park Avenue Dermatologist I visited over 30 years ago. Easy to have tremendous confidence in Natella's absolutely personable and approachably highest level of diligent care.
