Dr. Blau is a board certified plastic surgeon for more than 30 years, and has received his cerification in the field of Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, which is the only organization recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify a plastic surgeon. He is also a Diplomate of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons for the last 30 years. Dr. Blau formerly was the Chief of Plastic Surgery in the Westchester Ambulatory Surgical Center (with approximately 100 surgeons) Dr. Blau specializes in cosmetic surgery of the face and body. The University of Tel-Aviv awarded Dr. Blau his Medical Degree in 1973.

Dr Blau is professional and very thorough. He's done a remarkable job with my Gyno. I was 20 pounds+ heavier when I did the operation and still the results are stellar after weight loss. Still some barely noticeable sag around the right chest but considering the size of my glands removed, it's to be expected. The doctor offered lipo if it's a great concern but as I'm still trying to lose weight, we're going to wait and see. I had two post-op consultations both of which he took time to consult me free of charge.

I'm writing this so nobody else goes through what I did. I had gynecomastia surgery with this doctor when I was 16. It was something I'd been insecure about for years, and I thought I found the right surgeon. I was promised the best results and told if anything went wrong, he'd fix it. A month after surgery, I noticed every time I lifted my arm my nipple would cave in. On top of that, they started getting puffy again. I went back, and he gave me injections that did nothing. A few months later, same problem. I went in again, same injections, still no results. I got tired of wasting my time, so I waited almost a year before going back for a third time. When I told him this clearly wasn't working and asked what else could be done, he looked at me and said it was because of my weight. Then he grabbed my stomach and squeezed it a bit. BTW I'm not obese, a little tummy fat maybe but that has nothing to do with why my nipples are still puffy. Instead of helping me, he decided to body shame me. That was the last time I went back. I'm 22 now, and my nipples are still a bit puffy. I can live with it, but it's not what I was promised. Body shaming isn't an excuse for bad results. If you're considering surgery, think twice before trusting him. Hopefully when he reads this he knows exactly who I am.
