I should have come to Google before booking. I was very disappointed with my visit here. I'll admit that I was late (within their grace period of 15 mins) which I apologized for. The receptionist assured me it was fine and that I still had time. I filled out their intake form and shortly after was taken back to an exam room where a rep asked me a few questions about medication and took some pictures of my face. The physician eventually came in and I kid you not, spent about a minute and a half with me. She asked if I was pregnant and if I had cystic acne around my period. She then told me she's writing me a script for two medications and to come back in a month. That was it. I had questions about other options like laser for my hyperpigmentation or if I should change my face wash but it was clear she had no interest. It just sucks battling acne and being dismissed like this while the providers keep collecting that appointment fee. Won't be back.

Front desk is nice but Melissa Rosenhan is horrific. Very cold and unprofessional. Ask to see another dr. Sad thing is I've been going there for years and never had a complaint. I saw Melissa Rosenhan twice in 3 weeks and both experiences are enough to make me find another practice. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or at the least ask for a different person.
