Excellent customer service, my nails were perfect and my hair was phenomenal. I have to continue trying the other services, I loved the place, I recommend it. The girl who does manicure and pedicure is very professional and the one at the front desk is very friendly. Finding everything in one place is priceless.
On The Spot Dry Cleaning
Beware of misleading practices at Mayoli Spa. I scheduled an appointment for microblading and was required to pay a $108 deposit via Zelle. When I arrived, I was told they don't actually offer the service. I asked for a refund since I never received anything, but they refused, saying it's "part of their policy" to keep deposits--even if the service isn't provided. Be very careful: They use Zelle, which offers no buyer protection--unlike credit or debit cards that allow disputes. I feel scammed, and others should be warned before booking anything with them.
