I have visited mauve spa for the first time and maybe it will be my last one. Very very disappointed. I called to make an appointment for a pedicure and the receptionist told me that if I want the callous removed I need to pay an extra charge. NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE. Isn't that part of the pedicure care? And the technician was very not appealing. She was a lot on the phone with personal phone calls. Didn't care about the clients care.... Came home with a bleeding toe.... Hope your service will improve.........
