Very disappointing experience. We had an appointment scheduled for a treatment and received a confirmation message. We confirmed the appointment and asked a simple question about whether we needed to bring anything special. After responding that we didn't need anything, they canceled our appointment. I called to ask why, and the receptionist told me that we weren't supposed to ask questions two hours before the appointment -- because they only work with clients who are "completely sure." I explained that we were, in fact, interested in the procedure and were simply asking a basic question. Still, she canceled our appointment. She seemed upset that we were asking questions -- which, especially in the case of aesthetic treatments, is something any interested and responsible client would do. In the end, she told us to reschedule, and we will... but with a competitor.
