I had a terrible experience at this establishment. The massage I paid for was supposed to be a full hour, but it ended 10 minutes early. Before even beginning the session, the masseuse demanded a tip of over $30 and stated she wouldn't proceed without it. This is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. During the massage, she continuously complained about being tired, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. After finishing early, I politely asked to use the restroom and was told no. Both she and another coworker then proceeded to kick me out of the facility. To make matters worse, she offered inappropriate services--something I absolutely did not request or expect. I came for a legitimate, professional massage, and what I received was anything but. I do not recommend this place under any circumstance. The entire experience was unacceptable and made me feel extremely disrespected and uncomfortable.
