Evelyn is absolutely amazing at lymphatic massage! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, cared for, and completely at ease. Her technique is gentle yet incredibly effective -- I felt lighter, less bloated, and noticeably more sculpted after just one session. She truly understands the body and takes her time to focus on areas that need extra attention. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and genuinely wants her clients to feel their best. If you're looking for someone skilled, professional, and results-driven for lymphatic drainage, Evelyn is the one. I can't wait for my next session!

I took time to write this because I honestly did not know where to begin. On Saturday, January 3, 2026, at approximately 12:45 PM, I visited your office for the first time and received a massage. Before leaving, the massage therapist personally walked me to the reception desk and asked that a follow-up appointment be scheduled for me. I was given an appointment to return on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM. On January 8, I traveled from my home, which takes approximately 45-55 minutes due to traffic, to arrive for my scheduled appointment. When I rang the bell upon arrival, I was greeted by the same massage therapist from my previous visit. She asked if I had an appointment, and I confirmed that I did, stating the time as 11:00 AM. She told me "no" and said she already had someone scheduled. She then checked the computer system and stated that my name did not appear for any appointment. I calmly explained that she was the same person who escorted me to the receptionist on January 3 to have this appointment scheduled. I spoke with her respectfully, even as other clients entered the office, in an effort to refresh her memory. At that point, the doctor came to the front and asked what the problem was. The staff member told him that I claimed to have an appointment but that she could not find it. Before I could fully explain, the doctor raised his voice and stated that I "needed to have patience if I wanted to be seen." I calmly responded that I did have patience, as I had driven nearly an hour to attend my scheduled appointment. The doctor then began yelling at me, speaking to me in a demeaning manner, using aggressive hand gestures, and treating me as if I were a child. I found his behavior extremely intimidating and unprofessional. He then instructed the staff to refund my money and told me to leave the office. I felt threatened by the way he was yelling at me and was genuinely afraid. I had recently undergone a tummy tuck surgery, and yelling caused me physical pain and difficulty breathing. At no point did I raise my voice or behave disrespectfully before being yelled at. The staff member attempted to minimize the situation rather than acknowledge what occurred. I left the office in tears, deeply shaken that a medical professional--someone entrusted to care for patients--would treat me in such a hostile and abusive manner. You stated that there are cameras in your office that record audio and video. I formally request that these recordings be preserved and reviewed, as they will clearly show that I did nothing to deserve this treatment. The way I was treated was unacceptable, unprofessional, and traumatizing. I expect accountability for this incident and a formal response addressing this behavior.i will be posting all videos
