The appointment went great Lindsey Axt was pleasant, knowledgeable, nonjudgmental. My issues were after. When she and the nurse/ tech?left the room I was not told if I was finished or if I should go ahead and get dressed I waited a short time and decided to go ahead and get dressed and return to front desk I asked about the medication I was told to get and the front office staff stated that the prescription was already sent in to my pharmacy Went to pharmacy but no prescription was sent I utilized the texting service for the office and received automated reply that my prescription would be taken care of Next day again called my pharmacy but no prescription . Finally called the office and was told I was supposed to purchase the prescription from the office Lots if waisted time
