I had such a great experience at this spa! The place was super clean, relaxing, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist staff, they were so friendly, charming and welcoming. They made the check-in process easy and made me feel comfortable right away. The lady who did my laser session, was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, professional, and really made me feel at ease. She explained everything step by step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole session. You can tell she really cares about her clients and loves what she does. The treatment itself was smooth, and way more comfortable than I expected. I'm already seeing great results! I definitely recommend this place -- and if you can, ask for Zule or Catalina. They are great!!

My experience at the spa has generally been great, but I had an uncomfortable situation during my most recent visit. When I went to pay for my service, there was a misunderstanding about the amount I provided to the receptionist(Camila), who assisted me for the first time during this visit. Unfortunately, she handled the situation in an unprofessional and defensive manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and left a negative impression leave the situation more uncomfortable than it needed to be on the level of me cancel my future services. I do want to recognize the manager. She stepped in and handled the situation calmly and professionally. Even though she wasn't the one who made the mistake, she took the time to listen, resolve the issue, and offer an apology, which I truly appreciated. I also want to highlight the massage therapist(Juliana), who is consistently excellent. She is attentive, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during every session. Overall, while I value the quality of the services provided, I hope the front desk staff (Camila) can improve their professionalism and customer service to match the high standards of the rest of the team.
