I'm disappointed to say my experience aligns with the other negative reviews here. A few years ago, I developed what turned out to be a serious skin infection and attempted to schedule an urgent appointment with Dr. Kelly. Despite explaining the severity of my condition, I was told she had no availability for several weeks. For context, my primary care physician, who practiced in the same building, saw me the very next day and treated the issue immediately. That contrast alone was concerning. While I was in the waiting room for that visit, Dr. Kelly was present and made prolonged eye contact in a way that felt pointed and uncomfortable. Shortly after, I passed by her speaking loudly and casually with staff in a common area. Given that I had just been told there was no capacity to see patients, the optics were difficult to ignore. At the time, my priority was simply getting treated, which I did. But in hindsight, and after reading similar accounts, it raises questions about responsiveness and patient care standards in this practice.

I felt discriminated against. She made every excuse through her office staff not to give me an appointment. She's never even met me. All she had was my name in the system and a brief of my history. What a terrible way to treat people. What a terrible feeling. I'm sure i'm not the only one.
