The office itself was clean, professional, and the staff members were friendly and courteous throughout my visit. Unfortunately, my experience with the provider left me disappointed. I waited approximately 20-30 minutes before being seen, which I could have overlooked if the appointment itself had felt thorough. However, my interaction with the doctor lasted only a few minutes and felt rushed. I left with several unanswered questions and did not feel I was given adequate time to discuss my concerns. One specific concern was a new mole I wanted evaluated. After mentioning it to the doctor's assistant, I waited several more minutes only to be told that the doctor did not have time to return because she had other patients to see and a scheduled phone call. I was advised to wait until my next appointment, which is a month away. This was frustrating, as I was already in the office and the concern was one of the reasons I sought care. I was also confused by the prescription process. The office collected my preferred pharmacy information (CVS), but I later learned that prescriptions are apparently handled through a separate third-party pharmacy service that manages payment and delivery. This was not clearly explained, leaving me unsure why my pharmacy information was collected in the first place. Additionally, some of the intake paperwork requested information such as education level, and I was not given any explanation as to why that information was relevant to my dermatology care. Overall, the office staff were pleasant and helpful, but I did not feel heard or valued as a patient during my interaction with the physician. I left feeling rushed, confused about parts of the process, and with unresolved questions about my care.

Dr. Karen is amazing! I love that she has early morning hours too. She has always helped me with concerns and has been available when needed.
