The office is very well run. I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The medical staff is very thorough and professional while being compassionate and caring. The treatment I received was fantastic, and painless. Waited 3 months for appt. Saw Dr Kahn who quickly decided my condition was caused by an inflammation. I did not think he was right, but he had some pretty good reviews and he is the doctor so I trusted his conclusion. He prescribed a medication to be used for two weeks and told me to follow it with Hyalauronic acid, which I did. The condition did not improve and got worse. I called the office and explained that the situation has not improved and I was a little upset because I had a high co-pay, the prescription, and the hyaluronic acid, which came to a decent amount. Frustrated that Dr Kahn was not in and wouldn't be for a few days, I suggested that I send her pictures so that she could show him. She said she would and I sent them. To date I have not received any kind of callback or communication from Dr Kahn or his office staff. I feel that he may not even sure of the condition and took a professional chance at a judgment but it was incorrect. Disappointed I have not received a response
