Dr Farella did my breast implant surgery in 2007. My two main concerns before the augmentation was breast size (I wanted a natural look) and if the procedure would hide breast cancer. I was 27 at the time and I was aware of my family history with breast cancer. Not only did he validate my concerns, he made sure to give me a natural look and explained the implants wouldn't hide breast cancer. I've had my implants for 18 years and was recently diagnosed with breast cancer at 45 years old. Two breast surgeons told me the reason I felt a lump was most likely because the implants pushed the lump closer to the surface. My tumor was deep in the breast tissue. It was difficult for my surgeons, radiologists and oncologist to feel the tumor. Thankfully it was small. I believe my implants were the reason I could feel the "lump" when no one else could. I never thought I'd be so grateful for my implants 18 years later! The implants are also still holding strong. They still look natural and no one would ever know I have implants. Lastly, he had an amazing bed side manner and I'm sure he still does! I'm forever grateful for Dr Farella and my breast implants!

Dr Farella and his entire staff were extremely supportive and attentive to my needs before, during and after my surgery in every aspect.
