My surgery here went well but I was not sent home with adequate pain management and they've lost my glasses. I've called several times and left several voicemails asking if they have them as I don't want to make the trip. I would like to email somebody but don't know where to start. I can't afford new glasses and my backup pair is on its last legs. I just want my glasses back. I understand that they're busy, but they're not an ER and it only takes 2 mins to call me and tell me if they are or aren't there. Ive always known to leave valuables at home, I just didn't think that included the ones that I need to see.
