Jennifer Sala is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology at Schweiger Dermatology Group. Jennifer received her Master of Science in Health Sciences for Physician Assistants at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences. During her Physician Assistant training, she rotated through multiple Manhattan hospitals including New York Presbyterian-Cornell, New York Presbyterian-Columbia, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

I am extremely disappointed with the follow up with this doctor. I had to call 10 times, waited on hold for a total of 83 minutes from those 10 calls to get my results told to me. I went in November 11th. The results were posted November 14th on the portal. I viewed them on November 17th, I called November 18th. I was told she will call me, NEVER DID. Then I was told she was out of the office for the day and would call me first thing when she got to work on November 19th. NEVER DID. A person called me (not her) at 315pm, left a message. I called back at 318pm, and no one was there to tell me my results. I called Friday, she was out of the office again until Monday, the 24th and was told she would call me at 7am when she gets in, NEVER DID. I again, had to call and ask to please speak to someone. Some other doctor read me my results and Jennifer wanted to see me for a follow up- I was not going to follow up with her, when she didn't have the decency to follow up with me. I did ask to speak to a manager about this and guess what- no one called me today like I asked. So frustrated, annoyed and disappointed. The appointment went well, so she received 4 stars. But if I could do the review again, I would give 0. She never called me once. BTW my results weren't benign- so I needed someone with a medical background to go over it with me. She definitely dropped the ball on this one. Hopefully reading this she will do things differently next time with her patients. Reply to the reply- I already emailed. Looking forward to talking about this.

Ms. Sala conducts herself with the right blend of professionalism and personalism making my visits pleasant. She is very thorough while making me feel at ease during my examination. I highly recommend.
