I've been visiting this massage studio for a while, and I want to start by saying that Judy, my massage therapist, is absolutely amazing. Each session with her has been fantastic. Unfortunately, my overall experience at this location has been less than satisfactory due to the owner's attitude. There have been multiple occasions where the owner was unaccommodating and caused unnecessary anxiety, especially when it came to using Groupons or making timely reservations. Despite trying to address these issues, there was no accountability or apology, and ultimately, we decided to take our business elsewhere. I want to make it clear that the staff, especially Judy, are wonderful, but due to the owner's behavior, I won't be returning.

Today we were driving to the spa for our appointment scheduled for massages at 12:40 pm the appointments were for 1 pm and were told that our spots were taken and given to other customers. The person said sorry that they called and no one answered so too bad. The choice given would be to have the massages for 2 pm or later? This was terrible I mean we were on the Bronx river pkwy driving from the Bronx what kind of business does this? Very disappointed as it was a planned visit.
