I seriously wonder why I left NYU college of dentistry to go to this place. Since coming here I've had nothing but headaches, given incorrect information and received attitudes from staff members. I truly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I understand that every job has its challenges but to wear it on your sleeve is another thing! I am constantly told the wrong information or not the full information. You wait months for an appointment which is ridiculous. It's unfortunate because the people that work on your teeth are actually good. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Utter garbage. Zero respect for patient care. Lost half the records from my 1st visit. Replaced my Primary Care doctor, but didn't reassign his patients so it ends no one would even reply to calls and patient portal messages. Finally got assigned a new doctor, and got scheduled for a 2nd visit 16 months(!!) later, only to have them cancel it 2 hours before appt time. Then refused to reschedule me for another month, despite the need for specialist referral I'd already been waiting months to get. Staff is rude and incompetent, managed to list my last name as a first name... For your own safety avoid this place.
