I had an appointment at 5:45pm today December 11th 2025 to see Brittany. I called to let the office know that I was running late. I live in the Bronx and there was a lot of traffic. I called the office and the lady I spoke to told me that I had a 15 minute grace period. I arrived at exactly 5:57pm excited because I made it before my grace period was up. Once I walked in the lady said they're closed and I had to reschedule. I only went there because I was referred by my sister.
