I have been a patient of Dr. Downie and in the care of her amazing team at Image Dermatology since moving to New Jersey more than a decade ago. Dr. Downie was personally recommended by my dermatologist, Dr. Kandula, who I had been seeing for many years. I was so happy and grateful to be placed in her care for both my dermatologic needs as well as the care of my skin in general. Dr. Downie has an accomplished clinical background, authoring many papers and continuing to participate in clinical trials, in addition to a deep care and compassion for every patients she sees. I felt her warm, engaging presence from the day I first met her. She truly cares about each patient who walks through her door. Her practice is always busy--understandably so--but I've always felt personally taken care of by Dr. Downie and every person on her staff. I drive an hour from my house to see her and it is time well spent. She and her staff are always responsive and make sure I have everything I need. This is not to mention the amazing skincare, laser treatments, injectables and offerings she delivers to keep my skin looking smooth, radiant and glowing at age 51. Whether it's my melasma that's no longer visible, addressing my fine lines, or addressing a surgical scar on my neck that is now barely noticeable, I trust her to take care of me. I cannot tell you how many people comment on my skin and I give credit to Dr. Downie and her team. Lastly, I have to also say they will also work with you on budgeting depending on your financial needs. I recently experienced a job layoff. Dr. Downie and her staff worked with me to come up with a skincare plan that addresses what I need while working within my budget. It was such a relief and I felt so incredibly taken care of!
