Audra and Gabrielle opened Haven in 1998 to offer clients spa services in a relaxed and nurturing environment. We believe in offering highly effective treatments and products while encouraging relaxation. Building relationships with our clients is paramount, and we feel it is important to address each client as an individual. In a busy city with busy lives, taking even a moment for oneself is difficult, but it is vital. We invite you to take a little time for yourself ... at Haven.

I love this spa and have been going to them since they were on Mercer and Prince 20 years ago. I love the front desk girls, Jun and Michelle in nails, Hannah and Rohena in facials and waxing and mostly the kindness and professionalism that happens right when you open the door.

Atmosphere is definitely a 10/10. Massage was a 9/10 idk, maybe I could've left feeling more "light weight" but the experience was good. I would book again tho.
