I called the office to schedule a same day follow up after leaving the ED in the morning, and I explained that clearly over the phone. The appointment was scheduled without any mention of issues. However, when I arrived, I was told that insurance would not cover it. I explained that I also work in healthcare and know that same day ED follow ups are typically handled without issue, but the front desk staff was dismissive. One staff member even asked me where I work, which was irrelevant and told me the doctor does not see same day follow ups. This information should have been provided when the appointment was booked, rather than after I had already arrived. The front desk staff member was unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic courtesy. As I was leaving, I overheard her speaking negatively about me, which was extremely unprofessional and degrading. Patients come to a doctor's office for help, not to be treated with disrespect. I hope the office can address these issues so other patients do not have the same experience.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Some of the staff that are there, don't know what they're doing. They're just hiring people to work there.
