5-Star Review Guerlain Spa is hands down the best spa I have ever been to. They are the definition of what a true 5-star spa should look like and how it should operate. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special with champagne and treats, and my wife and I both had incredible masseuses--each with over 12 years of experience. Lindsay at the front desk truly stood out and made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. The facilities are unmatched: huge showers stocked with everything you could possibly need, a relaxing room filled with delicious treats, and massage beds so comfortable you could fall asleep instantly. I will never go to another spa in New York again. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff for an unforgettable experience. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I had the most lovely experience on my birthday with Alina. Alina gave me a full body massage & I woke up feeling like a weight was lifted off of me. She is a healer! Highly recommend her. You're in good hands at this spa.
