EDIT: They did send me the receipt, after i posted the review they called and apologized for the confusion. This was very nice of them to do and I appreciate it very much! So I have edited the review to address this. changing from 1 star to 3, the front desk was still rude to me initially about it. Dr. Helen Radoszycki and nurses are all great btw they had perfect care and attention, its just the front desk that is strange. Original review (edited): I had issues initially getting the a proper receipt for my insurance. I seemed to get attitude from the front desk when i asked for something so simple as well, they were very dismissive and told me it would take a month to get a receipt! I asked 3-5(?) times spaced out over 2 weeks, so it wasn't as if i was annoying them over and over. I just really wanted to get my money back from my insurance... Up to you whether or not to avoid the doctor's office because of this.
