I've never had such a horrible and upsetting experience anywhere. I went in expecting a normal massage, but what happened was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply disappointing. The staff were rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. They made me feel unwelcome and treated me differently from other customers. When I questioned the service and the overcharges on my bill, they became even more disrespectful and started making inappropriate and biased remarks. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they escalated things and called the police on me for absolutely no valid reason. I was calm, polite, and only asked to be treated fairly -- but they handled the situation with hostility and intimidation. It was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely unnecessary. This business scammed me, treated me unfairly, and showed zero professionalism. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They need to be investigated for how they treat customers. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually respects people and runs their business with honesty and integrity. Called the cops on me as well over 40 dollors. Will be reporting them on 311 , Better Business Bureau and will be taking the owner to civil court.

I usually go for the 1-hour foot massage, and it's always amazing. Every session leaves me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. The staff work very hard and put real effort into making sure you're comfortable and well taken care of -- they absolutely deserve a generous tip for the service they provide. The atmosphere is peaceful, calm, and welcoming, which makes it even easier to unwind. I highly recommend Golden Foot Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and quality massage experience.
