I had an amazing experience at this salon! The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. But I especially have to highlight the nail technician, who did an absolutely flawless job! She was incredibly attentive, gentle, and detail-oriented, making sure my nails looked perfect from start to finish. You can truly see the care and professionalism in her work. Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for outstanding service and beautiful nails.

I had a perm done here with Fatima and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was friendly, but the hair service itself was not. Before the service I showed the stylist a picture of the type of curls I wanted (3B style curls). Stylist used big rods instead of small rods for this type of curls. There was little to no consultation, and she didn't even looked at the reference photo. During the appointment the stylist ran out of perm rods and had to send someone to the store to buy more.The process took about 7 hours, and several times I was left waiting while the stylist worked on other clients. Fatima did offer me food during the long appointment, which I appreciated. After the 48-hour waiting period I washed and styled my hair as instructed, but the result looked nothing like the curls I asked for. My hair ended up looking mostly wavy instead of curly. I contacted the stylist and the salon to ask what could be done. The stylist said I would need another session in a few months, which was never explained during the consultation. And all this conversation I had with her she never accepted anything. All the time saying my greasy hair was the problem. The salon later mentioned a possible free service, but they could not tell me what the service would be and the owner was unavailable to speak with me. "Very busy" After several days of calling and trying to resolve the issue, I was unable to get a clear solution. I paid $290 for this service including a trim and unfortunately did not receive the result that was discussed I hope the salon improves their consultation process for chemical services like perms
