I really enjoyed my experience here. The owner and everyone is just generally kind and makes you feel welcomed. I knew the owner was the real deal because she told me straight up for my skin to look as beautiful as it does after the treatment it takes a real effort at home on a consistent basis. She gave me recommendations and open my eyes to why my skin is always so dry. I definitely got my moneys worth

I dont usually get facials so this was a big splurge for me. I came here once long ago and had a pleasant memory of it. This time around, they assigned an untrained new person to care for me in the most careless manner-- I had a bad feeling when we started the session with her accidentally scratching my face. And the worst part is she was so clueless and happy; we did not speak the same language so despite my multiple protests at many points of discomfort, there was no real response. In an attempt to do the most, it turns out my facial was nearly 2 hours long-- of course lying w my face covered in goo, I had no idea how much time had passed. If I had known, I would have protested. To me, this isnt a bonus treatment, its thoughtless treatment of my time. Ma park said sorry and that she usually takes care of her higher end/ higher skill customers such as microneedling. Great way to tell me that as a once in a while clinet my money doesnt matter. Well, I will not be returning and she also did mot give me a reason to return. (edit: I am seeing how other recent reviews are outraged by the greed of your business- I agree-- any decent business would have offered me a discount for the services.)
