Save your time and money -- honestly, you'd get more help asking ChatGPT. Dr. Berger was extremely awkward and unprofessional during our visit. No greeting, no eye contact, no basic "how are you." The entire appointment lasted 3-4 minutes max. What made it even more frustrating is that I waited 6 months for this appointment -- and it was completely for nothing. She barely examined my son, asked what we were using on his skin, and when I said just OTC moisturizers, she simply said to continue them, prescribed another topical cream, and that was it. No explanation, no reassurance, no real evaluation, and no time for questions. We left feeling rushed, dismissed, and completely unsatisfied. I would not recommend her, especially for children.

Dr Berger was awkward esp when she walked in.. dismissive, spent maybe 4-5 min with us, did not feel like she was really listening to our concerns. Prescribed one medication but later found out it was not covered by our insurance. Called back office twice to find an alternative and was told we would receive a call back both times.. but never heard back.
