Dr. Singer received his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania and attended medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine, also with the University of Pennsylvania. Following graduation he joined the combined Internal Medicine and Dermatology Residency Program at Northwestern University. He is dual board certified in dermatology and internal medicine.
