My recent visit left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, the atmosphere felt hurried, and my concerns seemed trivialized. The consultation itself felt rushed, as if the doctor was eager to move on to the next patient. There was a notable lack of attentiveness as the doctor quickly jumped to a diagnosis without taking the time to thoroughly assess my condition. This left me feeling uneasy, as I didn't feel confident in the accuracy of the diagnosis given the brief evaluation. Moreover, the lack of clear instructions on how to properly use the medications prescribed added to my frustration. As a patient seeking professional guidance, I expected detailed explanations on dosage, application, and potential side effects. However, I left the clinic feeling confused and uncertain about how to proceed with my treatment. What struck me the most during my time at the clinic was the palpable sense of being uncared for. I didn't feel heard or valued as a patient. It was evident that my well-being wasn't the priority, and this disregard for patient care left a lasting impression on me. The impression that the clinic prioritized profit over genuine care was unmistakable. From the rushed consultation to the lack of thoroughness in addressing my concerns, it felt as though the primary focus was on maximizing revenue rather than providing quality healthcare. In conclusion, my experience was far from satisfactory. The rushed consultation, lack of clear instructions, and overall sense of being neglected as a patient overshadowed any potential benefits of the visit. As someone who values attentive and personalized care, I cannot recommend this clinic to others seeking dermatological treatment.

Dr. Petrosian is a wonderful doctor! I have been a patient of this medical practice for over 10yrs, I was visiting the BayRidge location w/Dr. Saitta (another great doctor) however, I decided to stay at the Park Slope location, about a year now due to the attentiveness and care I receive from Dr. Patrosian. The staff is ok and the office is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend Dr. Petrosian!
