I am so upset with my experience today. I normally see Dr. Fox in Kearny and have never been left in a room for 40 minutes. Showed up to the appointment 25 minutes early, doctor walked in about 7 minutes to 9. They took me in the exam room 5 minutes after 9 and I sat waiting and waiting. I opened the door at 9:30 and asked the medical assistant if he forgot about me and she said, "no, he is just finishing up some paperwork." Mind you, I can hear the doctor speaking to the other patients that were apparently taken in after me! I got dressed and ask for a refund of my copay and left. This is poor patient care.

Writing this review for receptionist and not for Doctor. Let me start with saying that they are unprofessional. I called many times for an apoinment first time i had someone she said there is aviablity on september 3rd and then she put me on hold and after few minutes just hang up on me. called again and call went to voice mail, i left voicemail # 1. called again some one answered and transferred me again it went to voicemail #2. Called again left voicemail # 3. Called again no answer so i just hang up. called again today told here i have called this many times, left voicemails but no one reached out to me yet she was like OK we are busy here(in mad tone) . Finally i decided to look for another doctor.
