I had such a great experience with Dr. Lisa Schneider and her entire team. From the very first visit, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident in my decision. She takes the time to explain everything and really puts you at ease. The whole office runs like a well-oiled machine--everyone from the front desk to the PAs and nurses is kind, organized, and super professional. You can tell they all work really well together, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I would give Dr. Schneider ten stars if I could. She instantly makes you feel at ease, is completely honest, manages expectations and is a calming force before and after surgery. Her staff is top notch and makes themselves available 24/7. Her two PAs are wonderful and the office staff in Montclair is awesome. We had consultations from other surgeons and nobody compared to Dr. Schneider and her team. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is the best!
