Let me preface by saying I have been a patient here for about 5 years and Dr. Pesce is amazing. She is one of the kindest doctors I have had the pleasure of interacting with and is incredibly respectful and sweet. She is a very accomplished dermatologist who has always provided top notch care. However, this office is incredibly mismanaged. Almost every time I leave this office, I am incredibly frustrated and angry. Not one time have I interacted with one of the secretaries and felt good about it. I am always spoken to rudely and disrespectfully, like I am inconveniencing them. As I write this review, I'm sitting in the waiting room, over an hour past the appointment time I scheduled 4 months ago. When I asked about the wait and told them I need to leave soon to get to work (I allowed over 90 minutes for this appointment) they spoke to me like I was annoying them for being frustrated with the wait time even though I had an appointment. The wait time is always long, even with an appointment, and the attitude of the secretaries at the front desk is unbelievably rude for people whose whole job is to talk with potential and current patients. Dr. Pesce is an amazing doctor, but my level of frustration has reached its limit and I will not be returning.

I don't mind waiting for Dr K. Plan on bringing some reading or simply enjoy the wait. When I am with her in the treatment room she attends to my concerns with tremendous care and support. I wouldn't want it any other way.
