Founded in 1993, La Casa Spa & Wellness Center enjoys the status of being the oldest spa in the New York City. La Casa represents the vision of its Founder and Director, Dr. Jane G. Goldberg. Long before holistic medicine became a household word, Jane spent the 1970's and 80's traveling the world with her mother, seeking and utilizing alternative cancer therapies. Her mother, Madeleine Malvina Goldberg, had been diagnosed with terminal bone cancer for which traditional medicine offered no cure. Through following sound, efficacious and documented principles of holistic health, Jane's mother reversed her cancer condition entirely. Jane watched in awe (as did the doctors)

I've had the pleasure of going here a few times over the past couple of years. I tried the ionic foot bath which I originally found on Groupon! It was terrific! Most recently I tried the Ozone Therapy to boost my immune system when I had strep throat- and sure enough 24 hours later- it was cured! Glenn helped me and was terrific throughout the entire process. The receptionist was also extremely kind and helpful! It's a beautiful space!
Spiral Techniques
I've been to La Casa Day Spa many times. The reason is because it has been so helpful for my health and wellness. I've had massages there that are exceptional and I've had several colonics with Gayatri and Cheryl. They have a better dozen different kinds of colonics each one specialized and having a different effect. I don't believe there's another place like it either in New York or on the planet. Is very welcome down-home feeling to the place, both fresh and comforting at the same time. They also have a great flotation room which I have also experienced and found it to be profoundly relaxing. And it's quite a unique experience. Never really great array of effective and unusual healing modalities. Check out the website, look at all the wonderful things they have to offer come on and treat yourself to a very healing experience.
