My experience at this office was terrible. For starters, they forgot my appt. so had to reschedule. Then, upon arriving, tried to charge me double my co-pay, which I had to catch and correct for them. If that wasn't enough, I waited 45 minutes to see Dr. Son for a quick annual skin check, stuck in a waiting room that had a running screen, depicting actual surgical procedures being done. Finally, once seen by Dr. Son, I was told I needed all these "procedures" done to "fix" my acne (something I don't consider a problem), ranging in price from $1,000-$5,000. One of these, by the way, was simply called "Salmon Sperm". Dr. Son then said he wanted me to schedule yet another appt. to do a biopsy for a mole on my back (which later another dermatologist said was not a problem whatsoever). In short, this office is all about selling you unnecessary, overpriced procedures, all while bungling the paperwork, and exposing you to an unpleasant waiting room and unasked for opinions on your aesthetics. RUN AWAY. NOW. You're welcome.
