Being a first-time patient here, I would like to share what a great experience I had. From the time I walked into the office, to the time I left, the entire staff was friendly and helpful with a great vibe going on throughout the office. I especially loved how Dr. Flugrad really took his time to with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor and humorous personality put me at ease immediately. He just "gets it!" Marissa went above and beyond to make my appointment amazing. Look no further, this is the place to trust and be cared for the way that makes you want to go back! Dr. Flugrad is a wonderful oral surgeon with a great personality. I just had a lot of work done by him and have absolutely no complaints. His staff was very courteous to me as well. I had to bring my 2 youngsters for two of my appointments and while he was working with me, his staff would cheer my kids up when they were a little crabby. I was very nervous the day of my surgery and talking with Dr. Flugrad beforehand completely calmed me down and put me at ease. To the complaint reviews on here, to each his own. Maybe it was your attitude that affected your experience. I personally would highly recommend George to anyone in need of major dental work. It has been a week since my surgery, and I am healing very fast and very well. Thank you to the entire staff for everything. You guys were the first step in my journey to a brand new smile!
