I'm giving this practice one star solely for punctuality--beyond that, it's a hard no. Dr. Dina Stratton is extremely dismissive and borderline rude. If I were a different kind of person, I might even describe her demeanor when answering questions as intimidating. However, I don't intimidate easily--in fact, I thrive when dealing with personalities like hers. And yes, I ask my questions anyway. I've given this office multiple chances to restore my faith, but my last visit was the final straw. I wish them well, but I will no longer seek care here and will never recommend them. I went in today to inquire about a treatment. I was a little nervous, so maybe some details got lost in translation. Before leaving, I asked if I could see the doctor one more time. Instead of accommodating this simple request, the assistant returned to tell me that she preferred I relay my question through him. When I politely asked to speak with her directly, he disappeared and came back--not with the doctor, but with a pad and pen for me to write my question down--while she sat just feet away. I have never been so insulted

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt before passing judgement. My first visit to Dr. Strachan was in Feb. 2025 through July 1st of 2025 I may have at least 6-8 visits and I always walked away feeling a bit of rejection and despair. She is condescending, combative and ineffective. My skin got worse than better. I felt in the conversations with her it was not a Doctor / Patient but her negatively questioning my assessment of my experience and being verbally combative. In addition, I felt I was being swindled every visit cost me $150.00 - granted this is not her doings - but her prescription did not go through the regular Pharmacy but SKNV my opinion and recommending other procedures ( unnecessary). -She was paid . I am extremely disappointed with the care I received from Dina Strachan. I will not recommend her to my friend/enemy. That's how disgusted I am. Again, I usually let a lot of things slide but not this time. I do believe if I had read the true experiences of some of the people that were dissatisfied I would have never scheduled a visit.
