My elderly mother had an extremely disappointing experience at this dermatology office. She waited over 4 hours past her scheduled appointment time and eventually had to leave without being seen. It was very clear that the office overbooks multiple patients for the same time slot, seemingly to maximize insurance billing, with no regard for patients' time or wellbeing. This is especially unacceptable when dealing with elderly patients, for whom long waits can be physically exhausting and stressful. No clear explanations, no apologies, and no effort to manage the schedule responsibly. This level of disrespect and poor organization is unacceptable in a medical setting.

The doctor would have been fine if he respected other people's time. I had 2 visits with my daughter and 2 visit for myself. All 4 times the doctor was late. For example today I had my appointment at 4:15. When I came to the office there had been already people waiting. The doctor showed up around 5. I don't know the times those others were scheduled for. I waited for another hour and just left at 6 without being seen. I would understand it for 1 time. But other 3 times he would also come late, so I guess it is a stability, and if it is so, the person who does his schedule sucks as well. I think a well-educated person does know the meaning of the time, and I doubt this doctor's knowledge, if he can't even tell time. To be fair his prescriptions helped though. 8 hours of my life were not wasted.
