I've been going here for years. They are the first people who diagnosed my atopic dermatitis. They've done an incredible job teaching me about my skin, the do's and don'ts. I had contact dermatitis the other day went to urgent care worried so I called Dr Cohen. I was told if coming in the next hr would work and was seen. The dermatologist attending me took such good care of me. You may not see Dr. Cohen every time, but I guarantee you, every single dermatologist will take care of you as if it were him. Everyone I've seen is professional, welcoming, reassuring, and kind. It may take a bit to get seen, but it's worth it.

I've been coming here for years and so far I have been satisfied with their service. They have good hours and they get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The various doctors I have seen here have always taken the time to answer my questions and have been nice. I have seen some people complain that you don't see Dr. Cohen and I would say that is true. I only saw him 1 time on my first visit years ago but that has never been an issue for me as every doctor I have seen there has been able to treat me for what I came for. The only thing I can think of for them to improve on is when you call them. They will sometimes hang up the phone right away to let you know they are too busy in the office but they haven't been rude to me on the phone or in person. They almost always answer within a couple minutes when I call back too so for me it's a minor inconvenience and not enough to make me switch to another doctor.
